Our Team:

Scott Sinclair, P. Eng., President

Prior to starting SES Consulting Inc., Scott was a managing partner in a design build mechanical contracting firm, where he developed expertise in construction cost analysis and practical implementation. Scott is a Mechanical Engineer with a background in HVAC systems, mechanical contracting and building automation.

Scott has a passion for implementing strategies that will directly reduce our impact on global warming. Scott is committed to community-building in business and education, which he does in his role as the Vice President of the BC Sustainable Energy Association. Through this executive volunteer work, Scott manages a program that teaches energy conservation to 500 Grade 5 classes across BC. Scott also sits on a task force that is creating a plan for 100,000 solar roofs in BC.

Brad White, MASc., EIT

Brad has four years of experience working with energy systems as a researcher and mechanical engineer. His work has focused on seeking ways to improve the sustainable use of energy through conservation and improved efficiency. Prior to joining SES Consulting Inc., Brad helped develop new manufacturing techniques for clean energy technologies as a master’s student and research engineer at UBC.

Brad contributes to raising public awareness of energy and environmental issues as Vice Chair of the Vancouver Chapter of the BC Sustainable Energy Association.

Natalie Vadeboncoeur, MASc., LEED AP

Natalie received her B.Sc. from the University of Illinois and her M.A.Sc. from UBC, both in Mechanical engineering. Her post-graduate research work involved developing and testing a method for enhancing efficiency in sawmills in order to reduce demand for raw material. She is the co-founder of Emerging Green Builders of UBC, an organization that provides students with educational opportunities in different aspects of green building.

Rob Baxter, M.B.A

Rob is a co-founder of renewable energy business where he has provided consulting and project management services for renewable energy systems. As part of that role he helped initiate and complete the the first grid-tie photovoltaic install in the city of Vancouver. He has also worked as a IT consultant for clients across North America. 

He is an active member of the Vancouver Renewable Energy Co-op and teaches a course on solar energy for Langara College Continuing Studies. Rob has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

 

Adrian Lee, E.I.T., Junior Energy Intern

Adrian was born and raised in Malaysia and he came to Canada in 2003 to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Combined with a background knowledge on building HVAC systems along with the utmost respect for the natural environment, he joined the team shortly after his graduation to walk down the career path of energy conservation in hopes of establishing his own energy consulting firm in his home country in the future.


Jusin Blanchfield, MASc., EIT

Justin Blanchfield has approximately 5 years of combined research and consulting experience in renewable energy systems and energy efficiency. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University and a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria. Particular areas of expertise include energy efficient building systems, ocean energy resource assessment, and hydrodynamic modelling.

Justin has been volunteering with the Youth Outreach program and community school interviews, to raise awareness of energy and environmental issues in his community and to promote the role of the Engineer in sustainable development.


Vincent Delogne

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in technical project management, consulting and analysis, Vincent is familiar with a wide variety of new technologies and energy effeciency opportunities. Vincent has strong analytical, decision-making and management skills to produce results consitent with corporate objectives and the projects' bottom line. Vincent is multilingual, easy to get along with, conscientious, reliable and gets things done through determination and subtle persuasion. He has worked on a wide variety of technical projects in Canada and hte USA, including energy and municipal projects, and is now a resident of Nanoose Bay, B.C.
